Pros (+) Staff was great except in restaurant where they neglected us and didnt provide food as per menu (so we went to other restaurants for rest of meals during week). Maintenance people were awesome, coming quickly for issues and handling them competently and quickly...electric had not been setup in the new rooms. Elevators were really fast. Pros (+) Friendly staff. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Cons (-) Restaurant service was very slow, staff friendly and attentive. I do not think housekeeping cleaned on our second day. Did bed and fresh towels, but that was it.
