Guests say
Overall, guests were largely dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints were about poor cleanliness, unhelpful or unfriendly service, and frequent elevator malfunctions. Many guests also noted problems with the quality and availability of breakfast, as well as uncomfortable beds. While a few reviews mentioned positive aspects like spacious rooms or friendly staff, the negative experiences with hygiene, maintenance, and basic amenities overshadowed these positives.
