Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. The rooftop pool and spacious rooms were frequently highlighted as positives. However, several guests were disappointed by the breakfast quality and changes, especially those relocated from Suites Bahia, and some mentioned issues with communication about hotel closures and upgrades. Overall, the positive experiences with location, cleanliness, and amenities outweighed the negatives for most visitors.

Pros (+) Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I had a small accident while there and they provided necessary medical bandages, etc. The breakfast was very delicious. Great location.
