Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, river views, and unique features like the revolving restaurant and balconies. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, maintenance problems, and occasional poor service. While some staff members were praised, others were criticized for unprofessional behavior. The atmosphere was often described as musty or run-down, and amenities such as ice machines, pool, and elevators were frequently reported as lacking or in need of repair. Overall, the positives focused on location and views, but negatives about cleanliness and property upkeep were common.

Daphne, Sept 2026
It was a good decent stay for a Vintage Hotel... Loved the balcony and I loved the Riverview and it was a great location. Rooms were nice. Pool area was not the best, it did have some bugs. Overall great stay and I actually would stay again.... I would give it a 3.5 out of five or a 7 out of ten score.

It will probably be our last stay there. We usually go every few years. I think we're going to look elsewhe...

Pros (+) There was a shirt still in the closet from a previous guest, and all in-house food stopped at 10p on Saturday. Cool hotel, great views, and the bed was super comfortable.
