Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to key attractions and beautiful views. The comfort of the beds and the coziness of the chalets were also appreciated. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests reporting insufficient cleaning upon arrival. Service received mixed feedback, with some guests experiencing poor communication or slow responses. Value for price was questioned by a few, especially regarding extra charges for amenities and breakfast quality. Overall, while the location and comfort stood out positively, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
