Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access both the town center and ski lifts. Cleanliness and spacious rooms were frequently highlighted, as was the helpful and friendly service from staff, especially Lorella. Some guests appreciated the comfortable beds and well-equipped apartments. However, a few mentioned noise from nearby roads, limited amenities like microwaves, and occasional issues with heating or lighting. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, making the hotel a popular choice for families and travelers seeking convenience and comfort.
