Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the airport and found the price reasonable. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with numerous reports of dirty rooms, stained linens, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained facilities. While some guests found the beds comfortable and staff kind or efficient, others encountered language barriers or unhelpful service. Breakfast options were limited and often disappointing. Overall, the hotel offers good value and location, but significant improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.

Cons (-) They charge $5 a day to park your car while you’re gone on a trip. The shuttle is complimentary but they didn’t say on the website when I booked my room that I had to pay an additional fee to leave my car parked at their hotel.

Pros (+) From desk staff atentive and polite
Cons (-) I waited 1:30 hrs for a shuttle, it never arrived, had to pay 17$ for a cab ride at 1 am. Person who handled the issue over the phone was rude and challenging. Electric key of the room did not work, switched me around to 3 different rooms at 2 am

I called the front desk to see if we could get another room but she said she could only come spray the room with odor neutralizer that would get rid of the smoke smell. I declined, as I was suffering from a cold and thought that the chemicals would irritate my respiratory system, besides the fact that the spray mu...
