Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, nearby shops, and attractions. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews highlight significant cleanliness issues, including dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Many guests also report a lack of service or staff presence, with difficulties in communication and maintenance requests often going unresolved. Room sizes are generally adequate, but not exceptional. Opinions on value for price are mixed, with some guests finding it affordable and others feeling it is overpriced for the quality provided. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel's cleanliness and service need substantial improvement.

Pros (+) Beautiful little courtyard view that was nice and peaceful. Shared kitchen space to cook/unwind. If you don't mind a 15 hike into downtown, this is a great spot. Some great restaurants/businesses North of the spot.
