Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for events and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, including unhelpful or unfriendly staff and poor front desk experiences. Cleanliness was also a major concern, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, mold, and maintenance problems. The breakfast did not meet expectations, with several guests noting it was minimal or not as advertised. Additionally, the pool was frequently mentioned as being closed or unusable, disappointing those who expected this amenity.
