Most guests found the service to be friendly and helpful, with several mentioning comfortable beds and a good breakfast. The location was also appreciated for its convenience. However, cleanliness was a significant issue for many, with reports of dirty rooms, stained bedding, and unpleasant odors. Some guests also noted noise disturbances and problems with amenities such as the TV and power outlets. Overall, while there were positives in service, bed comfort, and breakfast, cleanliness and maintenance were recurring concerns.
