Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access nearby attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and accommodating, with several positive mentions of helpfulness at reception. However, there were frequent complaints about noise levels due to poor soundproofing, as well as issues with cleanliness in some rooms. Bed comfort was also a concern for several guests, with reports of uncomfortable or poorly maintained mattresses. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, improvements are needed in room comfort and cleanliness.
