Guests consistently praised the hotel for its friendly and welcoming service, excellent and varied breakfast, and beautiful location with stunning views of the Alps. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the charming atmosphere. However, some guests noted that the rooms were on the smaller side and that parts of the hotel felt dated or in need of renovation. Despite minor drawbacks, the overall experience was positive, especially for those valuing hospitality and scenery.
