Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing poor service, lack of cleanliness, and maintenance issues such as broken amenities and unhelpful staff. Several reviews mention that the property did not match online photos, and basic facilities like hot water, working TVs, and clean bedsheets were often missing. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location, noting its proximity to beaches and shopping areas, and some found the rooms to be spacious. Overall, negative experiences far outweighed the positives, with many guests not recommending the hotel.
