Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. Many praised the friendly and helpful staff, with several singling out employees for exceptional service. The location was also highlighted as convenient by some guests, and a few found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple mentions of dirty carpets, stained sheets, mold, and pests. Ongoing construction and maintenance problems, such as non-working amenities and noise, detracted from the experience for several guests. Value for price was seen as fair by some, though a few had concerns about unexpected charges. Despite the negatives, positive service and comfortable rooms stood out for many guests.

Pros (+) Tangie @ Front Desk! I woke up @ 3:30 AM to catch a 6:20 AM flight and was shot after driving an hour and a half to hotel. She let me check in as soon as my room was clean and remembered my 18 y/o son was visiting me from a local hospital. She was the kindest, most efficient and professional person ever! You are SO lucky to have her!
Cons (-) Bistro should be available for room service, open 24/7 and charging us for coffee in the lobby is obnoxious (penny-wise and pound foolish) given member status and high rates. Pool is beautiful.

Pros (+) I am a repeat customer at this Hotel. Every visit is the same: Clean rooms and throughout the Hotel, Polite and helpful staff, Modernistic furniture and decor, and last but not least a good night's rest. I highly recommend this place to stay for anyone.
