Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a very negative experience, especially with cleanliness, reporting issues like bugs, dirty sheets, sticky floors, and unpleasant odors. Many also complained about poor customer service, unresponsive management, and unresolved problems with their rooms. Bed comfort was often criticized, with some guests finding bugs or stains in the beds. However, a few guests appreciated the hotel's location, finding it convenient for downtown or work. Value for price and staff friendliness received some neutral or mixed feedback, but overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives.
