Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shopping and major roads, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the overall cleanliness, though some noted occasional housekeeping issues. However, several guests felt the hotel was outdated, with maintenance problems in rooms and common areas, long waits at check-in, and mixed experiences with amenities like the pool and breakfast. Despite these negatives, the positive aspects of location, service, and bed comfort stood out.

Pros (+) It was a nice, mostly clean hotel. It does feel like a luxury hotel. Staff seemed friendly. The neighborhood the hotel was in was really nice with close proximity to nice restaurants.
Cons (-) No free breakfast. In fact I thought the breakfast was ridiculous. $11 each just to eat breakfast is crazy for adults let alone small kids. We went out for breakfast instead and the whole family ate for $15.
