Guests frequently mentioned the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, clean and comfortable rooms. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, such as dirty towels, unpleasant odors, and unclean bathrooms. Service was often described as unhelpful or inefficient, with complaints about double charging, slow front desk response, and lack of staff training. Breakfast was another area of dissatisfaction, with limited options, early hours, or no breakfast provided. Overall, while some guests appreciated the location and occasional cleanliness, many were disappointed with cleanliness, service, and breakfast.
