Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, often noting its proximity to key destinations such as hospitals and shopping areas. Many found the beds to be comfortable and the rooms quiet, especially in updated or recently renovated accommodations. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, including dirty towels and rooms, as well as maintenance problems like broken faucets and noisy appliances. Service was frequently criticized for being unhelpful or rude, and the breakfast offerings were commonly described as poor or not as advertised. Despite these drawbacks, some guests had positive experiences with friendly staff and overall comfort.
