Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests praised the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the beautiful location and mountain views. Some reviews highlighted friendly service and a sense of safety. However, there were several complaints about cleanliness issues, broken amenities, poor breakfast quality, and problems with air conditioning and check-in. While some found the beds comfortable, others thought they were too firm or too soft. The hotel’s retro charm and history were appreciated by some guests.
