Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests expressed strong dissatisfaction with their stay, citing major issues with poor service, unclean rooms, and safety concerns. Many reviews mention unhelpful or rude staff, mishandled reservations, lack of basic amenities, and serious cleanliness problems such as bad odors, bugs, and even rodents. Several guests felt unsafe or uncomfortable, and some experienced problems with lost property or unaddressed maintenance issues. Only a few reviews noted positive experiences with individual staff members or the location, but these were rare exceptions in an otherwise overwhelmingly negative set of reviews.

Cons (-) The room was so dirty. There were literal “sprays” of something all up the shower & by the toilet paper roll (so disgusting). The breakfast was meh. Soggy eggs & sausage. The location is ok — it was about 15 min from Garden of the Gods which in the grand scheme of things is totally fine but there are tons of options that are literally 2 min away. The pool was gross. It WREAKED of chlorine & my kid...
