Guests appreciated the hotel's value for money and convenient location, with some mentioning friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness was a major concern, with frequent complaints about dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bed linens. Some guests also noted issues with noise, poor bathroom conditions, and lack of amenities like in-room wifi. While a few guests found the service and atmosphere pleasant, overall, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed.
