Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and easy access to major attractions. However, there were significant complaints about service, particularly regarding lack of communication about hotel closures, unhelpful staff, and issues with booking management. Bed comfort was also a recurring negative, with several guests finding the beds too small, soft, or uncomfortable. Cleanliness and amenities received mixed feedback, but the convenient location remained the standout positive feature.
