Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and the friendliness of the staff. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, including reports of bedbugs, dust, and insufficient cleaning services. Room sizes are often described as small and basic, and several guests mention issues with noise both from inside and outside the hotel. While the location is a major highlight, improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and room size could enhance the overall guest experience.
