Pros (+) Nothing
Cons (-) We actually cancelled our reservation within the allowed time, but they charged us for 1 night. At first, the reason was because we could not find the cancellation number, but then when we found it, they would not refund the amount because they said it was a cancellation fee. We will never stay with this chain again.
