Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in a few cases, the friendliness of the staff. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including bugs, unpleasant odors, and stained towels. Service also received criticism, with reports of unhelpful staff, problems with room assignments, and lack of towel restocking. The pool was often mentioned as being closed or dirty, disappointing guests who had chosen the hotel for this amenity. Overall, while the location and occasional good service were positives, cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns.
