Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also appreciated the cleanliness and charm of the building, noting its well-maintained historic character. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, small room sizes, and absence of an elevator, which made access difficult, especially with heavy luggage. Service was sometimes described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and a few found the amenities basic or outdated. Overall, the positives centered on location and cleanliness, while negatives focused on comfort and accessibility.
