Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and walkable surroundings. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including poor bathroom hygiene and inadequate housekeeping. Service quality was also a common concern, with reports of unresponsive staff, slow room service, and poor hospitality. While some guests found the breakfast and value for money acceptable, others felt the facilities and amenities did not match the price, citing problems with air conditioning, WiFi, and room comfort. Overall, the hotel’s location is a strong point, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and maintenance to meet guest expectations.
