Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing issues such as mold, roaches, dirty floors, and poorly maintained rooms. While some reviewers found the location convenient for cruises and local attractions, and a few mentioned friendly or accommodating staff, the overwhelming concern was the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. A handful of guests had positive experiences with clean rooms and good service, but these were exceptions rather than the norm.
