Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's location and some found the rooms spacious and comfortable. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities, such as broken tiles, leaking windows, and non-functional pools. Service was frequently described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with problems in reception and restaurant staff, as well as delays with room services and billing. While some guests enjoyed the food and found the atmosphere tranquil, the overall impression is that the hotel requires substantial improvements in maintenance, service quality, and amenities to meet expectations.
