Guests consistently praised the hotel’s friendly and helpful staff, the enjoyable pool and spa facilities, and the convenient location close to the city center. Many found the rooms to be spacious and clean, and several appreciated the views from the pool area. However, there were repeated complaints about the quality and variety of breakfast, occasional cleanliness issues, and some maintenance problems in the rooms and bathrooms.
