Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city. Many also highlight the breakfast as tasty and varied. Staff service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the team friendly and helpful, while others experience indifference or lack of energy. Cleanliness is generally acceptable but not outstanding, with a few complaints about room odors or insufficient cleaning. Noise from the street or restaurant is a common issue, especially in rooms facing busy areas. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and breakfast, but improvements in service, cleanliness, and noise insulation would enhance the guest experience.
