Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning easy access and proximity to attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness concerns, including dirty rooms, mold, musty odors, and poorly maintained bathrooms. The pool was frequently described as dirty or unusable, disappointing guests who hoped to use these amenities. Service received mixed feedback; while some staff members were described as friendly and helpful, others were reported as unprofessional or rude. Overall, while the location and occasional positive service experiences were appreciated, major issues with cleanliness and pool maintenance detracted from the stay.
