Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions and the Cleveland Clinic. Many also liked the spaciousness of the rooms and the unique, historic architecture. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, with several guests finding their rooms dirty or inadequately maintained. Service was also a major concern, as many found the staff unfriendly, unhelpful, or inefficient. Some guests felt the value for price was diminished by extra fees and underwhelming amenities. Overall, while the location and room size were positives, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.

The lady that opened the door was also traumatized because she didn’t expect there to be stuff / a person in the room the front told her was hers.

The bed frame had peeling leather, only one elevator was running, parts of the bathroom. Particularly the hidden areas didn’t seemed to be cleaned.

The place was a weird mix of slapdash renovated, "vintage," and grungy, with no real patterns between them. The staff were quite variably professional, one of the two guest floor elevators was (reportedly) being renovated, leaving only one functioning, there were two sets of elevator call buttons (attached to a weird DIY plywood box on the wall) on some floors, only one of which would actually wor...
