Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found it easy to access. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, with multiple reports of dirty rooms, stained furniture, and unclean facilities such as the pool. Service was also a major issue, as several guests described rude or unhelpful staff, delays, and poor customer service. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with complaints about limited options, lack of complimentary service, and high prices. While a few guests noted positive experiences with friendly staff and spacious rooms, the overall sentiment was negative due to the recurring issues with cleanliness and service.
