Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight significant concerns with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, mold, and unpleasant odors. While the location is generally appreciated for its convenience to the port and other points of interest, service and breakfast receive mixed feedback, with some guests noting helpful staff and others reporting slow or unresponsive service. Room sizes are occasionally praised, but overall comfort is often compromised by maintenance issues and lack of amenities. Noise and outdated facilities are also recurring problems.
