Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and found the beds comfortable. However, many reviews mentioned issues with service, including unhelpful or inattentive staff and problems with reservations. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting areas for improvement, especially in the pool. The pool itself was a frequent point of criticism, with several guests mentioning it needed better maintenance. Overall, while the location and bed comfort stood out positively, service and pool cleanliness were common concerns.
