Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently mention the hotel's convenient location and occasionally praise the friendliness of some staff members and the cleanliness of certain rooms. However, there are numerous complaints about the pool being closed for an extended period, poor service, cleanliness issues in common areas and rooms, and uncomfortable beds. False advertising, especially regarding amenities like the pool and breakfast, is a recurring concern. Noise and safety issues are also noted by some guests. Overall, while the location is appreciated, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities.
