Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near major attractions and found it to offer good value for money, especially when booked at discounted rates. However, many reviews expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues with dirty rooms, bathrooms, and linens. The restaurant received negative feedback for slow service and poor food quality, though a few guests enjoyed the rooftop view. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff described as helpful and polite, while others were seen as unprofessional or unresponsive. Overall, the hotel is recommended for its location and affordability, but improvements in cleanliness and dining are needed.
