Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were very pleased with the value for price and the friendly, attentive service provided by the staff. Many guests enjoyed the onsen (hot spring) experience, mentioning the quality and availability of the baths. However, several reviews pointed out issues with cleanliness, particularly in bathrooms and some facilities, as well as aging amenities. Some guests also experienced problems with room changes and communication. Despite these drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the cost performance and staff hospitality, stood out for many visitors.
