Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing various points of interest. However, many reviews mention negative experiences with service, particularly at reception, describing staff as inattentive or unhelpful. Cleanliness is also a concern, with several reports of bedbugs, old linens, and maintenance issues in rooms and common areas. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with complaints about limited hours, poor quality, and insufficient variety. Bed comfort is another area of dissatisfaction, with guests finding beds uncomfortable or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, breakfast, and bed comfort.
