Pros (+) The room cleanliness.
Cons (-) Parking, All around noise at all hours from people who seemed to be long term guests, shouting between floors. Cons (-) We arrived late after a long day of travel, and the parking was overcrowded with large vehicles from a utility company. There was no place to park. The attendant at check-in offered us "free parking on 7th street."
