Guests say
Guest reviews highlight that the hotel has spacious rooms and a convenient location, with some guests appreciating the value for price and friendly staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, noting issues such as dust, old towels, and unclean bathrooms. Bed comfort was also a common concern, with several guests mentioning hard or sagging mattresses. While some found the service to be friendly, others experienced communication issues or slow responses. Overall, the hotel is praised for its room size and location but needs improvement in cleanliness and bed comfort.
