Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere, and the spacious, comfortable rooms. However, several reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, poorly maintained pools, and aging facilities. Some guests also noted noise problems and inconvenient locations. Overall, while the service and ambiance were often praised, maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.
