Most guests had extremely negative experiences due to the hotel being closed or not honoring reservations, with many reporting scams, lack of refunds, and poor service. However, among those who stayed, positives included clean rooms, good location, and spacious accommodations. Some guests also appreciated the value for price and friendly staff, though these were overshadowed by the widespread issues with booking and service.
