Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access Chiang Mai's main attractions on foot. Many reviews also highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall value for the price. However, there are repeated complaints about uncomfortable beds and some issues with the bathrooms, such as leaks and slow drainage. Service is described as neutral, with some guests finding staff helpful and others experiencing unfriendly or indifferent attitudes. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good budget option with a prime location, though improvements in comfort and service could enhance the experience.
