Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel staff for being friendly and helpful, and many appreciate the central location close to attractions and amenities. Cleanliness and comfortable rooms are also highlighted as positives. However, a significant number of reviews mention ongoing construction and renovations, leading to noise and some disruption of amenities such as the pool, breakfast area, and spa. Several guests were disappointed by the lack of prior notification about the renovations. Despite these issues, the overall sentiment towards service and location remains positive.

Pros (+) The location of the hotel was ideal for our family with two young girls 8, 10 as enabled us to walk to either the night markets or the Old City. The staff were always willing to assist with tours or a car. If we come back would definitely stay there again
