Overall, guests praised the hotel for its exceptionally friendly and attentive service, beautiful and well-maintained pool, peaceful and quiet location ideal for relaxation, and the high quality and variety of food offered at the restaurant. Many appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the efforts of the staff to accommodate requests. The tranquil setting, surrounded by nature, was highlighted as a perfect escape from the city. However, a few guests noted issues with cleanliness and maintenance in some rooms and bathrooms, and some found the hotel a bit far from the city center. Despite these minor drawbacks, the positive aspects, especially the service and amenities, stood out for most visitors.
