Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overall appreciated the Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai for its friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms, and excellent breakfast with a wide variety of choices. The location by the river was considered convenient and offered beautiful views, with easy access to nearby services and attractions. Many guests found the hotel to be good value for money, and families especially enjoyed the pool area and amenities. While some noted the hotel is a bit older and mentioned minor issues such as dated gym equipment or occasional noise from the nearby hospital, the positives far outweighed the negatives for most visitors, who would recommend or return to the hotel.

Pros (+) Rooms were big. Nice view

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was okay but there was too many options that were mediocre. Good location and enough Uber’s in the area.
Cons (-) I would have preferred less food options if they were done well. I would have liked USB ports in the room.

Pros (+) The staff were friendly.
Cons (-) I thought my room was outdated. The location wads a bit far from the scene like the night market and other point of interest. However, the night market walkable about 30 mins away and there are food stalls just a block from the hotel as well.
