Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent location near attractions, shops, and restaurants, making it convenient for travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unfriendly or unhelpful staff, and problems with room requests. The bathrooms receive repeated criticism for unpleasant odors, poor design, and maintenance issues. Bed comfort is also a common complaint, with guests finding the beds and pillows uncomfortable or worn out. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements are needed in service, bathroom facilities, and bedding quality.
