Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were highly dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, repeatedly mentioning bugs, cockroaches, and poor hygiene in rooms and bathrooms. Bed comfort was also a concern due to bedbugs and dirty linens. However, several reviews praised the hotel's convenient location near Chennai Central railway station and noted that the staff were generally polite and helpful. Some guests found the hotel to be good value for money, especially for short stays or quick changeovers, but the overwhelming concern was the lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness.
